Commissions are currently:
OPEN

If you’re considering a commission, please be sure and read the Frequently Asked Questions and Terms of Service pages. These Terms apply to ALL commissions.

The process is very simple and basically goes like this:

Inquiry > Agreement > Payment > Production > Delivery

  • Inquiry
Send a message with the following information (to the best of your ability)
    1. State what you are looking for and why
    2. The canvas size you’re looking for (the canvas typically needs to be at least 24″ x 24″ and are normally 1.5” in depth. If any side exceeds 35”, unless requested otherwise, Glenn normally uses canvases 2.+” or thicker)
    3. Some colors you’re especially drawn to (if any)
    4. A color you want him to completely avoid (if any)
    5. Attach an inspirational picture if you’d like him to use it as a reference
    6. Some styles or specific pieces from his site that you’re drawn to
  • Acceptance
  • Glenn will either send you a quote based on your request or ask more questions if needed
  • Payment
  • If you decide to move forward with the commission, a 50% payment will be needed before he starts the piece. This is typically non-refundable (see Terms of Service for more information).
  • Production
  • Glenn will order the canvas and create a unique password protected webpage to keep thinks organized and you informed.
  • After Glenn starts, he will send up to 3 (or more) pictures of work in progress.
  • The commission timeline is 4-6 weeks but could be longer based on current workload. Once completed, Glenn will send you a reveal of the finished product for approval. If needed you both will work together through one or two rounds of minor edits. When approved, a protective gloss varnish and UV protector are applied that takes 2 weeks to dry before shipping
  • Delivery
  • Once completed, the remaining payment and shipping fees needs to be made before the piece is varnished and shipped (if you’re in the Atlanta area you always welcome to stop by the studio to pick it up…or even to take a sneak peak if it’s still in progress).
